Frequently Asked Questions

What is a response?

A response is a single feedback received by one of your customers. For example, if you send out 100 emails asking for feedback and 30 of your customers reply, we will count 30 responses. Our pricing depends on the volume of responses that you get every month.

What is a touchpoint?

A touchpoint is an independent channel where you want to collect feedback. For example, If Satsum automatically sends a feedback email after your customers have received support, that’s one touchpoint. Or if Satsum automatically requests for feedback when your users leave your website, that would be another touchpoint.

How does the 30 days free trial works?

After you sign up for your trial, you get access to all Actionable feedback plan features for 30 days. If you want to trial a different plan, just contact us.

What happens at the end of my trial?

You can choose one of our plans and pay by credit card. contact us if you prefer to pay by invoice.

Your trial will become your permanent Satsum account (all of your customizations, data, and actions remain intact).

If you decide not to purchase at the end of your trial, your account will expire.

Do I need to enter a credit card to test Satsum?

Nope, not, nada. Simply try with no string attached.

How long is the contract?

We offer both month-per-month or annual contract. If you decide to pay annual, we offer 2 months for free.

What happens if I exceed my response allowance?

Firstly, we won't stop tracking any data, because that would just be not cool. You'll receive a friendly reminder via email when you're approaching your monthly response limit. You can either decide to upgrade to receive more responses, or cap the number of responses you want to receive. We usually think it’s better to allow all your customer to give feedback, but ultimately it’s up to you.

What happens if I need more touchpoints later on?

You can easily add touchpoints on the go, the price for the new touchpoint will be reflected in the following month bill. If you pre-purchased an annual contract, we will simply bill you the price of new touchpoint for the months left on your annual contract.
